Working with Daniel has been excellent - he helped us schedule a half dozen or so rental tours when we were in town from out of state. He has an eye for high quality rentals, helping us check for less obvious damage (he spotted things done in one property that were not up to code as well as moisture build up that was leading to a musty smell). We are definitely going to work with him again when we are ready to buy in the area!

We first met Dan when we went to an open house that he had listed. It was a lovely house, but not quite right for us. We continued our search by going to several open houses around the Northern Virginia area and eventually determined that western Loudoun County fit our needs and desires.
