I'm an out of state buyer that purchased a car from them three months ago. One owner, very low mileage. Salesman sent me a video walk around of the car, assured me on the phone it was in great condition, etc. Even said we're going to pull it into the shop one last time to make sure there's nothing wrong with it because we don't want to sell you a car with problems ... yet also was clear to note I was purchasing the car "as is." Respectfully, a paint blemish is quite different than a hole in the rear bumper and broken roof rails for the convertible top, both of which were examples of the body damage present on the vehicle I purchased. As a used car, I wasn't expecting new or perfection, but to assert that these sorts of items are "minor cosmetic imperfections" is laughable at best, and just outright deception in reality. Sold me a lemon. I bought car i live in ********** ** they shipped car once it arrived i refused it told them to pick it up. Instead they picked it up said they fixed all the issues and detailed it and had it redeliver to me . When I got home car was dropped off and left. Ok for starters if I could put 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but this one has really hurt my family financially. So I bought my 2018 Ram 2500 late June. 4 days of owning the truck and only 200 miles put on the truck the transmission goes into limp mode wouldnt shift out of 4th gear. This is so sad but true, I just read the other 3 comments below and it's a pattern that GW Trucking is a scam and is robbing their customers. My wife found a beautiful Black / Black Maserati online at a reasonable price, so I contacted them to schedule a test drive but that's when everything went downhill. Both salesmen were "Smooth Conmen's" that assured us the vehicle was in great shape with no major problems. After driving my son five hours to test drive a 2013 *** to find out that the guy he had been taking with for about a week wasn't even there. The guy we delt with brought the car for us the test drive no issues while driving it only a check engine light supposably it was just a speed sensor in a wheel and they could fix it. After sitting there all day waiting only to tell us it needed something else but we could drive it or just leave it with them and they would have it hauled to SC we decided to leave it and let them fix it... read more
I was excited about going on a 8 hour drive to ******* to get my first luxury vehicle. We arrived to find out the person who we were in contact with wasnt there and didnt tell us he wouldnt be there. The vehicle was nice with a few paint blemishes. The car had dog hair in it when it was given to us for a test drive. The car buying process was easy and quick. I would never do business with this company again. They charged me $2200 for absolutely terrible work they did painting my wheels (they only painted the front of them and that's peeling). I have texts from **** saying she didn't know that the third party company they gave this work to only painted the front and for the price they charged it was 'unacceptable '.
