They do not communicate with homeowners at all. I have called multiple times, and the manager for our property does not return calls. I have also submitted a FOIA request because our board members are secretive and lack transparency. That was 2 months ago, and of course, they won't answer the FOIA request for meeting minutes either. They go weeks without maintaining the common areas that we pay for with our HOA fees.
