From the beginning of the project to final completion it was wonderful working with such a knowledgeable, professional, and efficient staff. Picking out the flooring, explanation of the flooring process, and the actual installation went flawlessly. I am very pleased with the results!
Highly recommend using Paulsons. Troy was so helpful and patient from start to finish! We were concerned about moving furniture etc, Paulsons took care of all the heavy lifting! The installers were amazing and very organized. Best of all they got rid of the squeaky floors and stairs! Besides screwing down lots of floor boards they used wood shims on the stairs to remedy the creaky stairs. The very best experience ever! Thank you Paulsons!
We requested a quote from a couple of other companies and we had one that was unresponsive and another that was pushy. Overall, Troy at Paulson’s was professional, kind, and answered all of our questions without pushing the sale onto us. He gave us a fair price and was transparent about all costs. We dealt with Wes Hill of the Vancouver location who was so helpful, knowledgable, patient (our many visits & borrowed samples) & kind with our carpet selection. It took 2 days to install our whole house. The team who did the install was Ariel. They were also excellent…5 stars for all. I had been looking for almost a year for some discontinued Shaw laminate flooring to replace a few bad spots in my bathroom floor. I called Paulson's and Troy was able to locate what I needed. It was over an hour drive for us to pick up, but so worth the ride. I can't say enough about great it is when you find a company that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.
