Kathy Havens came to our house and did a masterful job describing options for our bedroom shades and more. Very pleasant person and fun to boot. Request her by name and you won't be disappointed.
My wife and I have been to Paulson's several times over the past few years but have never finalized our plans. This year we again went to Paulson's for a tiling project. Troy recognized us and was his usual cheerful self. We went through many iterations on how we viewed our project and with Troy's help it finally came to fruition. This review is long overdue since we had our carpet installed in September 2025. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kathy Havens. She made the process of getting the new carpet a breeze and was a joy to deal with. We also appreciate all the hard work and the efficiency of the carpet installers. Thank you, everyone at Paulson.
