The owner of this place is totally incompetent and money hungry always trying to upsell. She just told me when I arrived my appointment that my manicurist was not in today and I had an appointment with Daisy who is wonderful at 2PM! She said she called me twice and left a VM. There are no VM’s on my phone for today and my phone was with me all day! She has lied to me in the past and just did again! She is also not a good boss to her employees. My go to nail spot — no one I’ve found in Long Island or the city do a better pedicure. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and every time I have tried somewhere else, I always come right back here. Plus everyone who works there is good which is a blessing. I also love how clean and relaxing the salon’s environment is.
Really worse place I took my daughter she had regular pedicure and manicure she is only 11 years old and I pay $130.00 really bad experience the owner didn’t explain.
