I really enjoyed living here and only moved because my job took me away from St Louis. The apartments are nice, location is great, I never had an issues with parking or crime, and Lillie is amazing. I will look here first if I ever move back to the area.
I highly recommend living here! Maintenance fixes all repairs in a timely fashion. Beautiful exposed brick, countertops and piping. Spacious rooms. Washer and dryer work perfectly! Lillie is an AWESOME manager and is very kind and helpful with anything you may need. Will stay for as long as they’ll have me. :)
I lived here for two years and when the new property management took over I was told the month that my lease was up that they were not renewing anyone’s leases in the entire building and that there were no extensions in that everyone had to move at the time was not planning on moving had no money saved had no car it was told I still had 30 days to leave to find out later that nobody else was asked to move except me so they could make my apartment into the gym I went through hell trying to find an apartment in 30 days and wor... read more
Everyone is has already said this but Lillie is A1!!! She makes these lofts stand out in a city filled new developments. She very responsive when you need something and resolves things fast. She's also very friendly and approachable. The lofts themselves have lots of personality. They have big windows, exposed brick, and concrete. I love that they're not cookie cutter so the layout of your loft won't look like your neighbors! You can create a vibe and oasis thats totally unique to you and your space!
Searching for apartments is…exhausting.. to say the least. But Lillie and GW Lofts is a breath of fresh air! Finally a place that makes renting not feel like business but makes it feel like a home! What a pleasure to know Lillie.
