Garrison Way home has had so many issues. Would not recommend this builder. Definitely not what we expected. Poor quality to say the least.
I live in a GW Homes community. Our homes are under 10 years old and we have started to notice a pattern of structural issues with the houses. It seems they were built in a very sloppy manner. The reputation of this builder has really gone down hill. Update: We have attempted to reach out to GW homes, specifically Jonathan and their COO Andrew and they refuse to acknowledge any of the improper building issues or even provide a response.
