I was harnessed from the beginning, and no one listened to me. I did not have the proper Tools, Yet the Company knew of my start date. Worker are pushed hard to produce; I remember in Vipers, workers using a torque Wrench they were told not to use. My Trainer told me not to; because I was new. It should not have been used by anyone. Their after sales support does not exist. You can’t get any information for replacement parts in any timely manner . Don’t expect to get your gear back up and running. Takes weeks to get an answer on a gasket .
