I called them one afternoon and that evening they came by to take a look at our gas furnace. They did an excellent job with preventative maintenance, cleaning the furnace and performing some other routine maintenance that night. They also identified an issue with the water heater that they were back to fix within a week (even offering to come on a Saturday).
