I was unable to use my shower for 6 months of my lease. The landlords had been notified numerous times and never fixed the problem. They sent multiple outside contractors and their own maintenance personnel to fix it and all they did was leave a mess. In the course of the six months without a shower I was only credited 100 dollars off one months rent. The actual units are beautiful, and the management team is fantastic. A bit pricier, but more or less justified for what is included in rent. As for location, I was approached twice in the parking lot over the summer months in aggressive ways and there were a handful of car break ins over the 18 months I loved at GVT. Thankfully they are very low/no tolerance when it comes to drug use or improper community living space etiquette occurring.
