This review is based solely on my experience. I began therapy expecting structured EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) — guidance, direction, and a clear, intentional framework. Instead, the sessions felt more like general listening, something I could have received from someone like a family member. For what I was paying out of pocket, that level of support was not what I needed.
