Wish I could go lower than 1 star. Chris was difficult to work with and refused to help when several people requested his help with a situation. Go somewhere else where people will appreciate you.
Clint visited a friend at her address on April 28th 2021 to look at her property for an appraisal. As of June 21, 2021 she has called, left messages and she still hasn’t received a call back or any information about the progress of his findings. I would not recommend this service to anyone in the Tuscaloosa area.
