Horrible service
This is my third pregnancy and it’s my first time being at golden valley as a pregnant patient would not recommend. I turned in paper work for leave of absence for work at 36 weeks and it’s been 3 weeks and haven’t gotten a call back that it’s ready to pick up and I’m due July 4. Also turned in my Disability form and also no call back so I CAN MAIL IT MYSELF since they don’t do it ! That’s the first time I hear this ! My daughter Arrived at 145pm for 2pm appt didn’t even get called back until 245pm, in room with NP coming in after 320 pm. MA never even came to tell us why it’s taking so long. Horrible to say the least! Where is the Center Manager making sure pts are happy and want to come back.
