My daughter Arrived at 145pm for 2pm appt didn’t even get called back until 245pm, in room with NP coming in after 320 pm. MA never even came to tell us why it’s taking so long. Horrible to say the least! Where is the Center Manager making sure pts are happy and want to come back.
