Was left a voicemail to call back which I did it is so hard to get anyone on the phone no one answers just a bunch of machine what’s the point of saying to call back if your not gonna answer the phone
Very low quality care. The medical assistant started off strong by slapping the BP cuff on my elbow... Then the OBGYN was not even willing to sit and talk with me, he stood the entire visit which gave the impression that I needed to hurry up. His assistant actually laughed out loud when I stated I'm considering removing my hormone based birth control and treating PCOS with dietary changes. Horrible service
This is my third pregnancy and it’s my first time being at golden valley as a pregnant patient would not recommend. I turned in paper work for leave of absence for work at 36 weeks and it’s been 3 weeks and haven’t gotten a call back that it’s ready to pick up and I’m due July 4. Also turned in my Disability form and also no call back so I CAN MAIL IT MYSELF since they don’t do it ! That’s the first time I hear this ! My daughter Arrived at 145pm for 2pm appt didn’t even get called back until 245pm, in room with NP coming in after 320 pm. MA never even came to tell us why it’s taking so long. Horrible to say the least! Where is the Center Manager making sure pts are happy and want to come back.
