My only complaint is that I went to my postpartum appointment after delivering my baby stillborn at 37 weeks and the lady that called my name & walked me to the room, asked me if I was breastfeeding or formula feeding. I would think that would be written on my chart or at least some kind of note for her to know my situation. It made an already difficult appointment just so much harder. She didn’t even apologize. It felt like she was just rushing through.
People are nice the only thing that they called to cancel my appointment the same day just an hour before my appointment. I was very disappointed couldn't believe it!.
There's no way it should take you guys 20 minutes to answer the phone. Every single time I call. Can't even get a simple question answered. It's ridiculous.
The office was very clean and the front desk staff and medical assistants were helpful. I especially like receiving care from Provider Helfer. She made a typically uncomfortable visit quick and informative. I will be returning to this office for future women’s health needs.
