My only complaint is that I went to my postpartum appointment after delivering my baby stillborn at 37 weeks and the lady that called my name & walked me to the room, asked me if I was breastfeeding or formula feeding. I would think that would be written on my chart or at least some kind of note for her to know my situation. It made an already difficult appointment just so much harder. She didn’t even apologize. It felt like she was just rushing through.
Get ready for an hour long wait with nobody to help appointment at 9:30 got there at 8:50 didn’t get seen until 10:30.
Worst experience ever at a clinic. I had my appointment at 9:15 got to the clinic at 8:55. The MD didn't come into the room until 10:50. Ridiculous! To say the least
Very satisfied with the staff and very friendly towards the clients!!
