Wesley and the install team were great however after the panels were installed they told me it would be 7 days until it would be operational because a county inspector has to come out to inspect it. It has now been 18 days. I called customer service today because no one has reached out to share an update. They told me it would be another 7-10 days. How disappointing that this solar system will be sitting on my roof for 30 days doing nothing. Not producing energy and not reducing my energy bill. It seems to me that someone ha... read more
Great service by young professionals. Very kind and communication was excellent.
I am extremely happy with the work that GVEC has provided during the installation and any service calls required for my solar system with batteries. Darin and his helper did a wonderful job last week.
