Trouble shot the system and quickly diagnosed the issue. Throughly tested and help customer with the powerwall app to get the batteries charged making the system 100 percent functional.
They arrived promptly and didn’t leave until they had found a solution and got it approved for warranty, despite the manufacturer trying everything they could to brush them off. Very satisfied!
Great service as always! Darin and his guys were hard-working, fair and diligent despite having to deal with Enphase’s evasiveness and stupidity. The problem was not resolved, but it was due to Enphase, not GVEC. GVEC is our #1 go-to company for all things electrical!
