I have had a problem with customer service on Internet, and another problem with customer service on electrical. Out of the blue GVEC Internet decided to charge me a router rental fee although the router never had a rental fee. They mysteriously decided to charge me for 1 1/2 months of fees. They advised that I could buy my own router, and they would credit the rental fee. Upon return of the router to Seguin they said that they would credit me for the last month, but not for the previous 1/2 month that was on the same bill. ... read more
I would like to express my gratitude for the customer service, they have are always soo patient and considerate. They help us with much humanity that is few and far between now a days. I've had to ask for help a lot lately and those ladies and gentlemen are always understanding and never judgmental. I appreciate you.
Anytime I’ve called into GVEC the ladies I’ve spoken to are so nice and informative. Beau and Alex came out to reinstall our internet and not only were they really quick but they were so respectful and kind while they were here. We never have any issues with this company and highly recommend their services. I can confidently confirm after being a previous Spectrum customer that GVEC internet is the BEST.

GVEC is a scam!!! I was taken advantage of!!! First time using them, moved addresses, and to find out almost 2 months later I’m still paying for electricity at my previous address!!! All because I didn’t specifically say “to disconnect the service “ from the old address that i clearly mentioned I was moving from when I called to transfer service.
