Anytime I’ve called into GVEC the ladies I’ve spoken to are so nice and informative. Beau and Alex came out to reinstall our internet and not only were they really quick but they were so respectful and kind while they were here. We never have any issues with this company and highly recommend their services. I can confidently confirm after being a previous Spectrum customer that GVEC internet is the BEST.

GVEC is a scam!!! I was taken advantage of!!! First time using them, moved addresses, and to find out almost 2 months later I’m still paying for electricity at my previous address!!! All because I didn’t specifically say “to disconnect the service “ from the old address that i clearly mentioned I was moving from when I called to transfer service. Used NBU for 12+ years I have never had this issue, either they are trained well enough to ask to confirm if I want the previous address’ service disconnected or smart enough to und... read more
Great Service from Anthony Escobar. Anthony was the on call tech and had one other job prior to ours. He arrived at our home and we had ac in very little time. He has a great attitude and explained our issue thoroughly. We definitely will ask for him in the future.
