Very surprise with the fast answer. Usually in CA it takes us the whole day to get someone to answer the phone but with them just one ring and a pleasant voice answers right away. The lady who helped us was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous In 5 minutes, she helped us transfer the electricity and set up the internet. Very impressed. Thank you for the stellar service.
I like that it has a convenience drop box for after hours for the people that work overnights such as myself
Should be illegal for this corrupt company have a monopoly on our electricity wish I had another choice for electricity
This was the best service experience I have ever received!! Within (1) day of contacting GVEC for fiber internet service, I had both an external installation and internal installation COMPLETED the next day. The technicians were 100% knowledgeable and respectful. Julio even took his shoes off before entering my freshly remodeled home without even being asked. The fiber service so far is working wonderfully well and I believe we made the right decision choosing GVEC as our internet provider!!
