Jaxson was timely, professional, and thorough. He identified the issues during the service that need addressing.
Justin arrived at 10 AM and did the inspection and resolved the issues for which I contacted GVEC. He inspected the unit inside its cabinet, the unit outside the house, the airflow inside the house, and checked the insulation in the attic. He checked the thermostat and set it for me. He also explained his entire process to me. He was very polite. He spent a little over 2 hours in the summer heat doing his job and offered some suggestions to possibly prevent the issues from recurring. I was pleased with the entire experience.
The GVEC employees were cordial and knowledgeable. There was minimal waiting time between the time our central unit ceased working until the time it was replaced with a new unit. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
