Unbelievably unprofessional.
6 weeks ago Promises made at the beginning of the job. Timeline's not met material left on site and frankly excuses after excuses for over 6 weeks. I would not recommend this plumber or business to anyone.
Paul and his team did all the plumbing in my townhouse complex. We’ve ran into issues and at first everything got fixed in a timely manner. As more issues arose Paul set a date/time to come fix the problem, however he did not show up and without any notice left many waiting for him. Since then he has not reached out and will not answer any calls/messages to repair issues that are still under warranty and need repair.
Pipes froze and burst January - They solved problem, fast and professional. Thank you.
Arrived same day and helped with frozen pipe issues. Experienced and professional. Definitely recommend.
