Dear Jeff, After 21 years of “best of the west” service and friendship, I wouldn’t trust my vehicles to any other auto shop. Thank you for all of your help, companionship and expertise. When I bring my vehicle to Jeff’s I can sit back and relax, knowing that the technicians will care of my vehicle the same way they could care for their own. My mother received a welcome letter from you. She was very impressed with the service and after-service on her Buick Century. It’s so refreshing to see an auto shop that cares for its clients and reputation. All too often, as you well know, men and women fall victim to less than honest mechanics and shops. I left a comment on Google praising your company.

I just wanted to thank you for the great service you have given me on my two vehicles. I was skeptical at first taking my brand new cars to a non-dealer service facility. But after that one trip the fear disappeared. Every person I have dealt with at your firm has been polite and helpful. My last appointment, for example was for an oil and filter change. Parts supplier forgot the part for our car. We were leaving on vacation the next day. Had to have car part. Eddie drove clear into Tucson to get the part. You finished the repair at closing and we were on our way. Thanks.

To the Gentlemen at Jeff’s Total Performance, I so appreciate the care you give my old Chevy Blazer. I never have to worry if it is done right. You guys are great at taking care of the problems. And thank you Ed for going out of your way to fix something that seemed like a small problem to you but had me very worried.

On Friday, 10-29-2010 at 3:30 pm, I went out to start my truck, battery dead. I got it going and hustled over to Jeff’s. The guys there checked my battery. Sure enough it was dead. They got busy and ordered a new battery and had it in less than 30 minutes. They installed the new battery, did another CCA check on the battery and I was on my way. Dear friends of Jeff’s Automotive! Isn’t it great to have such an upstanding, stand-behind business association? I’ve been a client all these years; they have always worked with me, keeping my car in good condition alerting me to care needed as it ages.
