Iv been needing there help. I have an appointment with the doctors and was told to let them know if I need there help to get there. I rang but they didn't have time to help.

Today, after a few disappointing "check up calls" where the worker had me in fits of rage and tears, i recieved a call from Jill. Just her call made me realise there is real people out there that understand how to talk to someone in crisis. The call ended with me smiling, and looking at mental health triage in a different light. People in crisis need real people like Jill to call. Thank you Jill, you made a very big difference in a 10 minute phone call to someone in desperate need of understanding.
