80 degrees in my apartment, they refuse to fix the issue and it has been ongoing for several months. Two work orders have been put it in and 4 visits to the management, no change.
I hate to do this, but the only time maintenance comes is when you call FED UP from never getting anything fixed. Apparently they have the maintenance men personal number but don’t want to bother them. I have had no working dish washer for a year, a few ash r that didn’t work properly and had to call a million times for it to be fixed. Now my toilet isn’t working and they don’t have an eta and don’t know when they can fix it. The most terrible experience with communication and experience
This company is the absolute worst reality company I have ever come across. The reviews are accurate. The company’s responses to the reviews are as pathetic as the properties they have the audacity rent out to people. My air conditioning has been out since the day I moved in. I was told they were working on it, and they were, only to determine a new part was needed to repair it. I think people move in these apartments just for the sake of having a place to live not sure! But my air conditioning went out almost two weeks ago ago! The guy said he was ordering a part for it and then they called back and said that he had a part and me and my family are still without air! We have a one room air conditioner and lots of fans it be so hot in other parts of the apartment! But yet yall want to ask for rent to be paid!
