I was deeply disappointed by the lack of honesty displayed by the individual I assume is the owner at GVA Electronics. 2 weeks ago, I brought my child's PC in for repairs because it wouldn't turn on. Upon dropping it off, I was immediately charged around $70. The next day, I received a call from GVA advising me to clean the computer and upgrade its memory for an additional $80, which I agreed to.
