I have NEVER Experienced such neglect! The "associates " for a vast majority talk to you like you are garbage. Travel Pay is a joke! They don't pay you for 7 months at a time then find every reason to deny a valid claim. If you request a refill for a prescription... Go ahead and expect it a month later if your lucky. I did not receive a dentist appointment for over 3 years and the detriment to my teeth was so bad, they have had to pull ALL my top teeth. My husband spent 9 hours there and has no answers. Why would they send him home without further testing? This place needs to be audited by the IG and it needs to be a surprise visit no warning. He overheard nurses talking about how they have no supplies. It took a nurse 1 hour and 20 minutes to come collect his urine sample. What a waste of time! It’s called an emergency room but there was absolutely no sense of urgency by the staff there.

There are so many things I’d like to attack here. So I’ll wavetop, because I don’t have time for this; customer care (what’s that?), a phone conversation (unless you have a half hour to suffer through elevator music and a voice recording reminding you you’re still on hold - nope), and there are others- but the problem is not the doctors or the pmc’s.
