Why would you have a medical Facility without voice mail? Because they don’t want the responsibility of following through with patients. In the past five years I’ve never had my provider contact me about the results from wellness exam bloodwork. I’ve never even had the same doctor for any extended period of time and almost all of them have a first language other than English. The support staff is always friendly and I have seen improvements in the past couple years but there’s a long way to go.
After reading other posted reviews, I must admit I have experienced most of them. However, if I have the time to complain, I have the time for applause. Everyone does not have the privilege of receiving treatment from the Pink Clinic. Therefore, I must bring attention to one of their brightest stars, Nurse of the Year, LPN Jeanette Adams. She serves and gives of herself incessantly. Every visit is like seeing a good friend. Thank you, Ms . Jeanette!!🩷
Did my cancer treatment there and chemotherapy treatment and radiation treatment there too 😁😁. For almost 2 years ago 😊😊
