Buyers beware once they have your money its over. I don’t like writing negative reviews but feel compelled to save others from this situation that presented itself. In my 51 years I have never experienced such horrible transaction that I had with Guzzettas Jewelers. Purchased an engagement ring in December of 2013 at their Sacramento location. During purchase I was told about their lifetime repair and service of the jewelry and this is how it was explained to me at the time. Sales rep Greg told me of his wife and how while washing dishes she had caught a prong on a towel, broke the prong and the stone had come loose, he said that things like this happen and in this case they repaired it no questions asked and that they do this because they want to have lifelong customers. 3 days after p... read more

World Class AND personal I saw a poor review and HAD to speak up...I have bought several pieces over the past 10 years and they have ALWAYS been top quality and unique. The service is second to none. Period.

nothing good Poor quality ring - stones kept falling out and jeweler said it was my fault for wearing the ring! All sales staff seemed terribly annoyed when I asked for it to be repaired - poor quality jewelry and equally poor customer service. Would never recommend...

I don't know about anyone else but when you see the ring you want you try to do anything to get it. Well my story starts out with a hectic day of ring shopping with my fiance'. I walked around the shop with the head person in charge. His name was Nick. I walk fast but I talk faster so Nick had to keep up which he did. Suzie I'm not sure why there are so many less than wonderful reviews about Guzzettas. I've been shopping there for years, as has my family and many of our friends, and we have never received anything but the best service and finest jewelry. My husband's and my wedding rings come from there. They alaways clean and polish them for free, and don't just throw them in the cleaner like so many other stores. I don't even want to give a star How the heck did these people rank #1 in Sacramento?! HORRIBLE!!! I should have known by the sketchiness of the younger guy that worked there and told me that it wouldn't cost me more than 130$ for them to fix the channels by adding gold to my diamond ring.
