I had a very disappointing experience at GYG Underwood today (5 August 2026) at around 2:00 pm. The staff on duty were very unprofessional. I had to repeat my order multiple times, there was no confirmation of the price, and my order was still incorrect. When I reached the counter, I waited at least 5 minutes just to pay, then another 5 minutes before receiving my food. The food portion was the worst I've ever received from GYG. Wanted to shout out the girl working in the mid she was blonde and I think she was the manager. Probably the best burrito I’ve ever had from gyg and she seemed so uplifting and positive. She was even dancing to get the team hyped. Overall such a great service and that girl needs a raise !
