Garbage!!!! drive thru took ages manager was rude food was wrapped terribly
I had a really nice experience at the drive thru box tonight . The young guy Tim he was really really nice and very efficient . I’m really happy but the wait times for my food . absolutely rubbish !!!! and the food was also cold. no wonder this business has many bad reviews . !!!!! Thank you tim if your reading this! -Stella
I’ve ordered a shiitake mushroom wrap but received a chicken add mushroom wrap. Drove all the way home only to realise that she got the order wrong. Disappointing, as I can’t eat chicken and had to bin the two wraps.
Rude staff The food was cold and no chicken even though it was a chicken burrito only had rice and beans never coming back
I am writing this review from the drive thru now. I’ve been here twice and honestly it’s the slowest GYG I have ever been to. First time I got just ice cream and waited in drive thru for 28 minutes. Now, waiting for a burrito and it’s going on 22 minutes. Avoid, or add an extra 20-30 minutes on your journey.
