RecommendedJust found this old connection. Guzik Chiropractic Center had changed it's name to HealthSource of Ellettsville 10 years ago. Our contract had ended with them and we are now ELLETTSVILLE CHIROPRACTIC which puls our location and what we do together. We still continue to advance in both education and specialized equipment such as having in house the only Chiropractic Video-fluoroscope in south central indiana. Our number is still 812 876 6847.
