At the counseling, I never asked him to make my nose higher but just to make the tip of my nose narrower but based on his belief of “Asian likes to have a higher nose,” he made my nose extremely higher without telling me and I lost $19,000. He refuses to see me for follow up cuz I wrote a review of my true experience in social media but I’m a victim of his wrong surgery. He is a very mean and an arrogant doctor in my eyes as he only cares about his reputation and doesn’t care about his patients’ welfare or well being.
Had septoplasty and rhinoplasty by Dr. Guyuron and had a great experience. Very happy with end product and recovery was typical for the procedure. Dr. Guyuron was not always the warmest but was always nice and meant business when I saw him.

August 25, 2015 I trusted Dr. Guyuron to make good on his promise. He told me that he could cure my migraines. Please do not believe this. It is NOT true. I did have a great deal of relief for about 6 months and then the migraines were back in full force. I called to let the doctor know and the answer made me furious. I was told to come back and have more surgeries. I asked if it was going to be at his expense. He said no. After paying more than $22,000 UPFRONT he wanted more money.
