I lived here for around a year. The owners are very responsive and attentive. The two maintenance men were absolutely wonderful and always kind. Management weren’t always the nicest. Usually a little snarky when answering any of my questions after moving in. It’s a great location and size for the price, but desperately needs renovating (like most apartments in Starkville). I had to move out before the end of my lease for a job elsewhere. Please note: He will not return ANY of the $600 security deposit back to you if you move... read more
