Got 4 brand new tires on one of my cars, and 1 new tire on the other car spent over $800 in January. Got a flat on the car with the one tire replaced, and they cant tell me witch one was replaced because they don't make a note of this. So instead this guy Angelo decides to be a tough guy calling his customer brain dead among many other insults. Then comes around the counter, real professional. I will never give these people a penny of my money and I will make sure no one I know does either.
After several attempts to balance brand new tires they couldn’t do it. Had to have it done else where
Bought a tire a week ago and it went flat. There is a slit in the tire looks like a dry rotted tire and I guess being I’m a woman they can take advantage of me. They are truing to say I hit a pot hole because there is a shiny chip in the rim but the chip in the slice in the tire don’t line up. But let’s take advance of a woman and try to make her purchase yet another tire from them in a weeks time. Guess I will never trust them again. My bad I should have inspected the tire after they put it on. Don’t trust them!

I feel I was ripped off for a 3.5% surcharge for paying with a credit card. The manager claims the card readers were changed at noon and the quote they gave me at 9:30am was subject to the service charge that the card company is charging me. B.S according to Amex,the store is charging you.
Sal and the staff are amazing people.. very honest and extremely trustworthy. I would definately recommend Guys to anyone!!
