We returned to our kitchen sink drain plugged after being gone for 2 weeks. Of the 5 calls I made, Guy's was the only one that answered directly and was able to coordinate a time to fit us in the same day. Prices were shared up front before agreeing to the appointment. I called to get my Garbage disposal replaced this morning and the gentleman I spoke to gave me a tip on how to fix it myself because it was most likely an easy fix. Sure enough his tip worked and it was a very easy fix! I really appreciated his honesty as he could have easily come to my home and charged me for the service. Thank you!!!

I can’t recommend Guy’s highly enough. Brad came out on very short notice today after we had a backed up drain that flooded our kitchen last night. He clearly had a busy day but still fit us in. He did great work, quickly and had our gunked up pipes cleared up. I loved that he was fielding calls and helping his team out over the phone without missing a beat in my job; he cares about the job being done well.
