We just bought a house and there was a leak. The seller sent out Guys On. A Roof! They were an hour and a half late and their answer to fixing the roof was to put silicone down the side of some vinyl siding! Looked like a 15 yr old with no experience did it! Completely unprofessional and when confronted the owner acted like it was the sellers fault for choosing them not theirs for their own crappy work?
