5 of my friends and I were in a major car accident the day before we were planning to rent a boat from Guy for 3 days. We called first thing in the morning before we were supposed to pick up the boat to attempt cancel/ask for a refund for the already over priced boat rental. Did not hear back from them until way late in the day and they refused to refund the money. My experience with Guy has been good. It's much more convenient for me to have someone come to our place to repair our boat but we are always disappointed with others. It's worth the effort to load up the boat and bring it to guy's. He knows his stuff. His shop rates are competitive. I've never felt cheated. I'm a low income customer .. but I don't expect free service. Being in business is tough.
Rented a boat from here over the weekend. Had a great time!
