Be more honest I brought in a portable Gen to have a new battery installed. When I called the bill was $400. This outfit did a lot of extra work on their and they never called me for approval. Some of the work I could have done myself if they had the courtesy to be honest before hand and tell me the cost. Not happy at all with this outfit be careful with them. I will never use them again another lesson learned.
