Well it's never a great feeling when you get hit with a major issue with your HVAC system. Our system failed and we contacted our neighbor who referred Guy's. They came out quickly and gave me a quote and a temporary fix. I got quotes from other companies, but Guy's was able to offer a competitive price. The owner, Chad, personally came out to speak with me which I appreciated that. They came out the next day and installed a whole new unit. Took them less than 5 hours to complete. New ac/heating system installed. Jason and his crew did a great job. They covered the floors, removed the old equipment, and installed the new equipment. They started up the new system, making sure that everything was working correctly and then cleaned up.
Jason and Frank helped me so much. The duct work in the attic was a mess and they got up in there, cleaned it all out, and put in new and improved stuff. I'm looking forward to having efficient ac this summer. Thanks, guys.
I could not have been any more impressed with JP and Guy's AC than I was today. JP was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do with my maintenance and then explained what it meant as well when he was done. With this being my first home, I appreciated the knowledge that he shared with me. Because of JP, Guy's AC has my business going forward for all of my HVAC needs.
