Great service!
We have used Guy's for many years and highly recommend their services. We had a recent issue, and Donny came out and assisted on the same day and resolved the issue (which was very helpful since it was during the hot summer heat). They also installed a new A/C system a few years back in which we have had no issues.
We needed to replace our 4-ton unit after Guy's came and checked the unit. They provided a top-quality unit and were able to install in 2 days. The 2 installers Joel and Jason did a fantastic job, very polite and respectful. They cleaned up everything at the end. They made sure the new unit was cooling properly and answered any questions. The installation was very professional and nicely done. A job very well done!
We have done business with Guy’s for many years. They were conscious of the fact that our AC unit was old but we couldn’t replace it so they kept us running and cool for years! This year it finally became apparent that we had to replace (our unit was 37 years old). Chad came to the house and assessed the situation. Guy's has been superb all the years I have been using them. This go around JP came initially and was great about explaining all the problems. I needed a new unit. It was installed by Jason and Joel. They were great. They were very friendly. They always answered my questions and explained everything they were doing. They were very respectful of my property. When it was all finished I felt like I had made new friends and had a new system expertly installed. Guy's always comes thru in a great way
