Jason and his team were professional, efficient, communicative, personable and punctual. Once they arrived that morning, they went immediately to work. They were diligent in making sure I knew what was going on and gave me updates along the way. My neighbor used another company a few days before me, and I noticed a huge difference in just the clean up. Guys A/C did a great job. I was very pleased with Chad’s team. I was kept informed on a regular basis leading up to the job exactly what the status was. During the job the whole install team treated my wife with kindness, and more importantly patience. The actual install was done very well; I had specific non-standard requests that I wanted added to the system. They were professional, efficient, and did a great job from start to finish. I’m very happy with the installation and would definitely recommend this company and their crew!
Been with Guy's for many years. Just called for service on Sunday. Technician was here within 20 minutes. Problem was identified immediately. He had the part in his truck. A/C fixed. It was 100 degrees outside. Thanks to Guy"s
