We live in a three bdrm apartment. My husband and I have two young kids. I have been extremely impressed by the maintenance guys. Usually when I have a concern they are there the same day or the next to day fix the problem. The front office is always quick to respond when I need something. I ve never had such prompt service in a place we ve rented. We love the playground area. My complaints are mostly about other tenants. I lived there for 1 year and 4 months at first it was a nice place but then we had people move in across from us and a guy below us would smoke pot and it would make out apartment smell like it and also the guy across from us would sell it out his apartment i recommend anyone with children not to live there its def not a good enviroment soo glad i dont live there anymore also theres people that sit out there all day and when youre carrying groceries its really hard cuz they wont move
Ive been a resident of guyandotte hills for 11 yrs. ive enjoyed every year that ive lived here no worries about cutting grass, if a hot water tank or any appliance stops working all is taken care of. you get a vredit for being disable who gives you a cut in your rent for being elderly or diisable. theres just to many good things to say. But we had a wonderful manager Gloria Steele we lost her this past month everyone here truly misses her, she kept this apartment complex from being like Beckley West. we just hope whoever get... read more
What I like about your apartments is that they are nice and I love the way they have been remodeled. I like how they look. What I dont like about them is that its a bad neighborhood. They are too many bad people hanging around.
