This place and its drs. are unlike any others. My dog Lily was supposed to receive much needed insulin to be delivered by Fed Ex on Saturday. Well due to bad weather air traffic control in Memphis grounded the planes, and I was told I would not receive her insulin until Monday at 3 pm Dr. Carrie Scarberry was informed by the ER and to remedy the situation she personally met me at her office next morning and gave me a Bottle from her office! Took my fur baby in today for annual checkup and vaccinations. Staff is amazing and kind (especially when your animal acts like a pure heathen). I have known Dr. Bentley since we were children and you won't find a better person to trust with your fur family!
