New house with little/no HVAC maintenance in the last several years. Contacted Guy Smith based on the great work on my daughter’s home. Kali was given the job and worked very hard diagnosing the heating and cooling systems, making sure everything will be functioning correctly and efficiently . Very pleased with the work and her effort on a very hot day!
Brian did a good job. Very knowledgeable guy.
Total waste of time with a dispatch fee included. Paid $89 for receive an estimate of 300+ to reattach duct that came loose. Technician did not even go in to crawl space to check what needed to be done. I paid for the technician to come to my door to tell me this when it could have been done over the phone. Go with a more reputable company.
