My air conditioning was not working. Guy Smith charged to me $439 to tell me it would cost me another $7000 to fix my A/C. I called a different A/C repair company that came out and cleaned my coil, fixed the condensation drain and installed a filter. Now my A/C works great and the other repair company's total bill was $180. If you want to get ripped off, call Guy Smith
Highly recommended: needed Freon charge in newly installed Fujitsu Mini Split AC/Heat. Received prompt and quality - professional service. Have been very satisfied by Guy Smith service over long period of time to include installation of another HVAC system & associated service. Technicians always very curteous and knowlegable.

Although I have been with Guy ***** for only about 18 months, they have consistently delivered prompt, responsive, professional service, which has exceeded what I expected when I first contracted them to basically replace my HVAC system. They don't give up til the job is finished and everything is working to perfection. I had my annual boiler checkup on 10/14 ... the Tech Phil ********* (spelling?) showed up in a timely fashion and began working quickly and promptly, unfortunately my boiler wasn't cooperating. Phil put in a call to the Boiler "Experts" and I needed a gas valve which i got a discount on because of my yearly contract. We've been customers of Guy Smith Heating & Cooling for years. Their office staff are always polite and efficient. They want their customers to be happy. We have one of their maintenance agreements that gives us annual check-ups for heating and a/c. Brian came yesterday to do the check of our gas furnace. He was on time, friendly and professional. We recommend this company.
I have been a customer of Guy Smith for a lot of years and have never had a bad experience. The service person, Terry, new just what needed to be done and preceded to do it in a professional manor. I would highly recommend Guy Smith!
Jon was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain the maintenance package we had picked and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We definitely made the right decision with Guy Smith for our heating and cooling needs.
The technician arrived in a timely manner and was very courteous. He checked and cleaned my unit, then informed about an additional product but was not pushy for a sale when I declined it.
