Hired Mr. Guy for our new construction home to be inspected. He was on time, professional and very detail oriented. Sharing details of findings as well as educating regard other things that are in good condition. Took his time without rushing . Was stopping to educate me on how certain things function and how to determine if any issues start. We were pleased by his service and reassured by his conclusions. His report followed with no delay.
I have used John for 2 different homes and each experience has been the same; wonderful! John is very thorough and answers any and all questions.
