They won't inspect your roof or give you an estimate without sitting down and having a meeting with you!! My father is in the ICU as of right now and they want to have me call back when I can meet face to face! This is ridiculous!! IF you go with Guy Roofing, for the love of God read the fine print. DO NOT take their word. I needed a new roof, so I called them up. They sent a guy out to meet with my adjuster and do an inspection. Afterwards, I had to sign a customer agreement stating that I allow them to work with my insurance company to get a settlement.I, ME, did all of the work with my insurance company, and AT NO point did they mention that it was a BINDING contract that I had to go with them, and that I only had 3 DAYS to cancel with CERTIFIED mai... read more
Not recommended... beware... – Though they came recommended from our insurance company, it was the worst decision we made. Though it only took them 9 hours to replace and put on an entire roof (that should have been a big clue), I should have went with someone else. I came home to garbage all over my yeard (drink bottles, Hardees wrappers, plastic bags), nails everyone, tar on my wooden deck and on my glass table! And that was before we looked at the roof.
