The facility has a great view. That is the only real positive thing I can say. Not please at all. I like a person with great bedside manners particularly at the dentist/orthodontics office. You will not get that here.

Chair side manners are horrific!!!! Dr. Bibbs will grunt a greeting to you. He is definitely not hospitable or personable. He doesn't explain anything he's doing. He is extremely heavy handed and rough while working on your mouth. And while an apology is usually the elixir for hurting someone. None is ever issued. The receptionist has no decorum and can be a bit of a smart aleck. The musical ambience is the best feature of the practice. I would absolutely not recommend this practice. Do yourself a favor, find someone else if you are being sent to him by your insurance provider, even if does send you a little out of the way. Boy, oh boy you'll be so glad you did!!

The cost for getting a pair of braces done with Dr. Bibbs is extremely cheap.

He gets things done, but without much care of customer service or other side things. Expect to spend some time in the small, crowded waiting room and do not think that the receptionist does not like you in particular. She just has an attitude.

they have great service however, there are only 3 people who work in the office and when one of them is gone the whole office is closed.that is a little frustrating

Best thing about Dr. Bibbs is the price. He was half the price of another consultation I had. There were quite a few minor problems that pretty much resulted in inconvenience (they couldn't take me for appt, had to return because the messed something up), but all around they do a good job. Not necessarily the most friendly office, but I would recommend them if you want to save some $$.

This is my first complete year with Dr. Bibbs and not only is his service affordable the customer service is outstanding, from the super friendly receptionist to the very comfortable and amiable Dental Assistants. Dr. Bibbs himself did a wonderful job at making me comfortable, relaxed and confident about my decision to get braces. My monthly visits are never more than 15 minutes long, always painless and I'm back at work in time to enjoy lunch. Not only has this been one of the best decision in my life, its cleared my phobia of Dental officies and my smile and confidence is something you can see miles away. I cant wait til the end results. Thanks Dr.Bibbs and wonderful staff!!

I've have my braces placed on quickly and painlessly. Dr. Bibbs is an excellent orthodontist. I wish he had his DDS license as well. I would recommend him to everyone.
