I hired Guy to replace my boiler. He showed up with a dented boiler, but promised that he will replace the panel within 2 weeks. After the boiler was installed, I had to follow-up with him a few times to get the receipt and warranty information. For the last 7 months, I have tried calling, emailing and texting Guy about replacing the dented boiler panel. I have also escalated the issue to the BBB, I paid Guy a lot of money (promptly and immediately) for a new and undamaged boiler so you can imagine my frustration. After givi... read more
Stay as far away from this guy as possible. Doesn't finish his work, as we have waited months now. Doesn't return phone calls. Says he will show up and never does. (Waited at home over 6 different occasions and he didn't show up or call). Found out he has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau for the same issues. He is not worth anyone's time or money. Invest in a company that cares about its customers and is willing to finish the jobs they start!
