To respond to the complaint below, for some reason he thought he could wait to pay for them untill they get their refund before paying us with no addictional fees. My father has been doing taxes for 50 years and only charged 75 dollars to prep his taxes. clients that don't have the money to pay up front should always expect a fee, and we don't make nothing on that, the bank charges for their service, they wanted to complain and pay nothing because my 78 year old father did not tell them about the extra fee, his word over my ... read more

I have to say, Tony Black was very rude. He was very demanding, and threatened us when we approached him about a hidden fee that was never mentioned. He was very insulting, he yelled at us, and very disrespectful, and I will not be returning next year during tax season. And I will be passing the word along to everyone I see. Tony is very unprofessional and I do not understand how he has a job dealing with clients, considering the way he handled my fiancee and my conserns in the matter of the missing money from our taxes.
