Awesome & caring doctor!! Dr. Lucas has been my doctor since he came to Athens to practice and I am so thankful to have him as my physician. He is so caring and compassionate and takes up time with me during my appointments and always goes above and beyond to help me when I am sick. He is very considerate and understands when insurance doesn't cover everything and finds alternative treatment options that are within my budget. He is very flexible with me and my schedule and always works me in when I need to be seen.

Dr. Lucas has been our primary care physician for just over a year. We’ve had several other doctors for primary care around Athens and never really felt as though we connected with them. The focus during our visits with prior doctors was more on our medical history, symptoms, and treatment plan and less about who we are as people.
