Will never use them again! They spoke of and e-mailed affirming including our cushions as a part of their service but once completed, attempted to push invoicing again for that singular task. My wife and I tried to share they were mistaken and were met with disrespectful dialogue! They also ruining our stucco pillars near the garage when sealing the driveway, which was acknowledged....bAut I bought painting supplies and spent a day repainting the whole garage wall to remedy the mistake as a kind gesture of resolve....which o... read more

This customer is trying to ruin our small company because He owed us money for cleaning the 29 medium cushions and 4 Lg cushions which totaled $350 that He refused to pay for. We did a great job as he said the the same email He is referring to: I had explained the cushions would be a separate job to him and his wife and would not be on invoice. Cushions was not on the invoice because we didn't know how many cushions there were it was added on in mid swing of scope of work to be done. He Said: then I said this: This is a co... read more
