Gutwein Appraisal Services came through for me again. As a mortgage broker I greatly appreciate that both Loren & Sandra go above and beyond getting appraisals turned into the AMC's quickly and with very few corrections. Today's market is extremely difficult on appraisers and Gutwein Appraisal Services has been a valuable part of the loan process. Thank you, keep up the good work.
Poor inspection , picked thing to be repaired that didn’t even need repaired. Did not take time to inspect properly to actually find what actually was right in front of her that didn’t need be added to the report. Poor attitude, rude and uncooperative. Would not recommend to do an appraisal. Does not know proper stipulations for electrical, fireplaces, windows and material or items that are grandfathered in.
He is not familiar with the different markets concerning Bridgeport and Bayard. These are two very different markets unfortunately our Bridgeport home was not appraised correctly due to the use of Bayard comparisons.
