Fantastic GP surgery. The doctors, nurses, and reception staff are all caring, professional, and efficient. Always had a great experience here. Highly recommend.
I wouldn’t even give it one star. Would not recommend. I have been to the GP 4 times about my left arm pain. First time, x ray was requested but on the wrong side so the referral was sent back. Second time, I was given a blood test and painkillers. Third time, the x ray was requested for the correct side. Fourth time meant a self referral scheme for physio was finally mentioned with Ascenti. Went for physio and they didn’t know what caused the pain. Suffered with this pain for 8 months now.
